Step 1. Cast the Vision! Present this to your church leaders and get them on board.
Step 2. Create a budget for extra expenses such as travel, food, parking, background checks for chaperones, and optional Friday group activities.
Step 3. Promote AC to your church and get them excited.
Step 4. Personally invite youth and chaperones.
Step 5. Distribute registration forms.
Step 6. Create fundraising opportunities such as sponsoring a child, bake sales, and church offerings.
Step 7. Collect payment and registration forms.​​
